This is the final opportunity to submit any request for name changes and confirm your name with the correct spellings to be considered for the degree certificates in future. Any name changes will be considered only if you have taken any action to change your name before the final examination held in 2025. You should attach a copy of your national identity card, birth certificate, and an affidavit to prove any name changes.

The University of Peradeniya will entertain applications from candidates who have met minimum eligibility criteria for registration for Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Psychosocial Development. Post or hand over the dully filled applications on or before 6th February 2026.
